Effective May 21, 2026. This notice covers Mimi and the mimiOS mobile app.
Data We Collect
Mimi collects account identifiers, tenant or workspace identifiers, portal access tokens, support requests, in-app chat messages, approval actions, document and report metadata, operational logs, and optional notification identifiers needed to run the service. The mobile app stores the portal session securely on the device and sends requests to Mimi over encrypted connections.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, provide tenant-enabled modules, route chat and support requests, deliver notifications when enabled, manage approvals, operate documents and reports, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability. Mimi does not sell user data.
AI Processing
Mimi may use AI systems to generate summaries, drafts, recommendations, and responses. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by a responsible human before important decisions or external action.
Service Providers
Mimi may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, notifications, billing, analytics, support, and AI/model functionality. These providers process data to operate Mimi and are not permitted to sell Mimi customer data.
Mobile App Data
The mimiOS mobile app is a companion app for existing Mimi clients. It does not create new accounts inside the app, does not sell digital goods inside the app, and does not provide banking, lending, investing, insurance, health, or government services. Users sign in with credentials or tokens issued outside the app.
Security And Retention
Mimi uses encrypted transport, server-side secrets, scoped access, and review gates where applicable. We retain account, support, operational, and service records for as long as needed to provide Mimi, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Deletion And Access Requests
Users can request deletion or access review from inside the mimiOS mobile app by opening Account and selecting Request account deletion. Users can also email inquiries@usemimiai.com with the subject "Mimi account deletion request." We delete account and service data that is no longer needed, while retaining records that are required for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
