Service
Mimi is a private business operating layer for workspace context, workflows, approvals, memory, reports, and agent-assisted work. Access may be limited to pilot customers, invited accounts, and approved tenants.
Human Review
Mimi can draft summaries, messages, plans, recommendations, and workflow actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for business, financial, legal, safety, hiring, medical, government, or other important decisions.
Approvals
External actions such as messages, purchases, connector writes, deployments, memory writes, and other consequential work should remain gated by explicit owner approval unless a customer has separately configured an approved automation policy.
Accounts And Tenants
Users must keep credentials secure and use only the tenants, workspaces, customer records, files, and connected tools they are authorized to access. Mimi may suspend access to protect tenant data or service reliability.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Mimi to break the law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, misrepresent identity, send abusive or deceptive content, extract data without authorization, or interfere with the service.
